How to Run Targeted Ads in Lead LinQ for Small Businesses

Step 1: Define Your Ad Campaign Goals

Before setting up ads, decide:
What’s the goal? (More leads? More bookings? More sales?)
Who is your audience? (Local customers? Online shoppers? Business owners?)
Which platform? (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube)


Step 2: Set Up Your Lead Capture Funnel in Lead LinQ

To run a successful ad, you need a landing page or funnel to capture leads and convert them into customers.

1️⃣ Create a New Funnel in Lead LinQ

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels & Websites in Lead LinQ.

  2. Click "Funnels" and then "Create New Funnel".

  3. Name your funnel (e.g., “Free Consultation Offer” or “Exclusive Discount Page”).

2️⃣ Add a Landing Page

  1. Click "Add New Step" and select "Opt-in Page".

  2. Choose a template or build one from scratch.

  3. Add:

    • Headline: “Get a Free Consultation Today!” (or another compelling offer).

    • Image: Upload a high-quality product/service image.

    • Form: Name + Email + Phone Number fields.

    • Call-to-Action (CTA): “Claim Your Free Consultation” or “Get Your Exclusive Discount.”

3️⃣ Set Up a Thank You Page

  1. Click "Add New Step" > "Thank You Page".

  2. Write:

    • “Thanks for signing up! Our team will contact you shortly.”

    • Optionally: Offer an additional upsell or limited-time offer.

4️⃣ Connect Your Funnel to an Automation

  1. Go to Automation > Create Workflow.

  2. Set up an email or SMS to confirm their signup immediately.

  3. Add follow-up emails/SMS to nurture leads into customers.


Step 3: Launch Facebook & Instagram Ads from Lead LinQ

You can run Facebook & Instagram ads directly inside Lead LinQ using the built-in Ads Manager.

1️⃣ Connect Your Facebook Business Account

  1. Go to Marketing > Ads Manager in Lead LinQ.

  2. Click “Connect Facebook Account” and follow the steps.

  3. Select the correct Facebook Page and Ad Account.

2️⃣ Create a New Ad Campaign

  1. Click “Create Campaign”.

  2. Choose Objective:

    • Lead Generation (Best for collecting emails & phone numbers).

    • Traffic (Best for sending people to your landing page).

  3. Set your Budget & Duration (start with $5–$10/day).

  4. Select Target Audience:

    • Location: Choose your city or service area.

    • Age & Demographics: Adjust based on your ideal customer.

    • Interests: Match your business niche (e.g., home services, fitness, marketing).

3️⃣ Upload Your Ad Creative

  1. Click "Upload Image or Video" – Use a high-quality image of your product/service.

  2. Write compelling Ad Copy:

    • Hook: “Struggling with [customer problem]? We’ve got the solution! ✅”

    • CTA: “Book a free consultation today!”

  3. Choose the Call-to-Action Button (e.g., "Learn More" or "Sign Up").

4️⃣ Publish & Monitor Your Ad

  1. Click “Publish” and let the ad start running.

  2. Track performance in Lead LinQ’s Ads Manager.


Step 4: Set Up Retargeting to Increase Conversions

Many people click on ads but don’t take action immediately. Use retargeting to bring them back.

1️⃣ Create a Retargeting Audience

  1. Go to Marketing > Ads Manager.

  2. Click Audiences > Create New Audience.

  3. Select "Website Visitors" who didn’t complete the form.

2️⃣ Launch a Retargeting Ad

  1. Create a new ad campaign targeting the retargeting audience.

  2. Change the message:

    • “Still thinking about it? Don’t miss your free consultation/discount!

  3. Run for 5-7 days to recover lost leads.


Step 5: Track & Optimize Your Ad Performance

📊 Go to Marketing > Ads Manager > Reports in Lead LinQ and check:
Cost per lead (CPL) – Lower is better.
Click-through rate (CTR) – High CTR means engaging ads.
Conversion rate – If low, improve your landing page or offer.

📌 Tip: Test different images, text, and CTAs to see what works best.
