Payment Details: Limited billing and transaction records. Full card and payment credentials are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. - see Section 4.

Usage Data: Pages visited, actions taken, content viewed.

Device & Location Data: IP address, browser/device type.

Cookies and Tracking Data: As detailed in Section 6.

Additionally, if you use our app:

We may view your contacts and communications inside the platform to assist with technical troubleshooting, account support, and system improvements. We will never contact your contacts, use, or sell your contact lists or communications.

2. How We Collect Information

From third-party services (integrations, analytics, marketing partners)

If you provide information about someone else, you confirm you have their consent to do so.

Platform Infrastructure. LeadLinQ is a white-label reseller of software provided by HighLevel Inc. (operating in part through its subsidiary, LeadConnector LLC), a US-based technology company. Your personal information - including registration and login details, contact records, communications, and usage data - is collected, stored, and processed on HighLevel's infrastructure, which may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. HighLevel Inc. and LeadConnector LLC participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; details of their handling of data are available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

We do not control this third-party infrastructure and, consistent with our Terms and Conditions, are not responsible for its availability, security incidents, or performance. We remain your point of contact for any privacy request, correction, or complaint relating to your personal information, and we will use reasonable efforts to action such requests via our access to the platform. Where a matter arises from the underlying platform itself (for example, a data incident originating on HighLevel's systems), our role is limited to assisting you to raise that matter with HighLevel; we accept no liability for the acts or omissions of HighLevel or LeadConnector.

Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a separate third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy), and we accept no liability for Stripe's acts or omissions.

We may transfer your data outside of Australia in the course of engaging the above providers. Where we do so, we rely on the overseas recipients' own compliance frameworks (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable) as the basis for that transfer being consistent with APP 8.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services or comply with legal obligations.

We implement security safeguards appropriate to our own systems, including encrypted databases, secure servers, and limited internal access controls, where those systems are within our direct control. Security of data held on third-party platform infrastructure (Section 4) is a matter for that provider's own security measures, over which we have no control.

No system is 100% secure; you use our Services at your own risk.
